Urban Patterns + unique genius loci urban design

Complex tasks need easy approaches. We will work with Urban Patterns. This concept was introduced by Christopher Alexander, Michael Mehaffy, and Jan Gehl and promoted by UN-Habitat. It anchors people-friendly and inclusive cities.

Patterns are easy to understand by politicians and non-experts. They are transferable which means you do not start from scratch but retain full flexibility for a unique, vernacular “genius loci” solution. Working with this patterns approach saves time and guarantees visible and unique outputs.
